Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Request
Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order ID and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and with all Chikan embroidery work undamaged and tags attached.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address at a convenient time for you.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team verifies the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
